What shipping method do you use and how do I track my shipment?
To keep shipping costs low for you, we primarily ship US Postal First Class.
To track your shipment:
When your order shipped you should receive an email with a delivery confirmation number. Copy that number and paste it into Google search. Google will automatically determine the carrier and provide a link to the tracking page. IMPORTANT: USPS does not offer real-time tracking, only delivery confirmations.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally to most North American, European countries plus Japan, and Australia. When you place your order, just select your country and our system will estimate shipping charges based on your exact address. Please be aware that to keep shipping costs low for you, for orders under $100 we ship US Postal First Class International which can take anywhere from 5-15 business days depending on your country. For orders over $100 we will use USPS Priority, UPS, or Fedex, depending on your location. When your order shipped you should receive an email with a delivery confirmation number. Copy that number and paste it into Google search. Google will automatically determine the carrier and provide a link to the tracking page.IMPORTANT: USPS does not offer delivery confirmations for international packages, only a customs ID that can be used to track a lost package.
